AR6200 FAQs
A small amount of AR6200 Fuel Treatment is added to every tank of fuel to boost performance, ensure fuel quality and protect the fuel system from wear, deposit formation and corrosion. AR6400 (D or G) is designed to be added in large doses to remove existing deposits from your fuel system and engine.
AR6200 will help to prevent some issues with ethanol fuels including issues with deposit formation and fuel stability. AR6200 will also help prevent microbial growth and corrosion which can occur in the presence of ethanol.
No, AR6200 does not offer any anti-gel protection. Use AR6300 Winter Diesel Treatment for anti-gel protection.
Most fuel additives reviewed are compatible with AR6200. AR6200 is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and acids. Please email tech@archoil.com if you would like product compatibility reviewed.
